Refund & cancellation policy

1. Nature of the product

nanoReach is a digital creator directory platform. When a brand purchases a Starter (₹499) or Unlimited (₹999) plan, they are paying for immediate access to a digital database of curated nano creator profiles. This is a digital information product, not a physical good or a service rendered over time.

2. No refund policy

All purchases made on the nanoReach Platform are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial credits, or exchanges once access to creator profiles has been granted, for any of the following reasons:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Inability to find a suitable creator after accessing profiles
• Creators not responding on Instagram after being contacted
• Dissatisfaction with the number of creators in a niche or category
• Accidental purchase (please review your plan carefully before payment)
• Any other reason not constituting a Platform-side technical failure

3. Unlimited plan — subject to data availability

The Unlimited Plan grants access to all creator profiles currently listed on the Platform at the time of purchase and any profiles added thereafter during the active period.

Please note the following important conditions:

• The availability of creator profiles is subject to the data available on the Platform at any given time.
• The number of creators listed may vary. We commit to adding 20–30 fresh creators every week, but the total count at any moment is not guaranteed.
• Profiles may be removed if a creator is found to be inactive, unresponsive, or in violation of our listing standards.
• The Unlimited Plan does not guarantee access to creators in any specific niche, city, gender category, or follower range.

4. Starter plan — profile access

The Starter Plan (₹499) grants access to up to 100 creator profiles. Access is counted from the moment profiles are unlocked. Unused profile views within the allowed limit do not carry forward, and no refund is issued for unused access.

5. Exceptions — when we will investigate

We will investigate and may issue a resolution (credit or re-access) in the following exceptional circumstances only:

• Payment was deducted but access was not granted due to a Platform technical error
• Duplicate payment for the same plan within the same session

To report such an issue, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at nanoreachofficial@gmail.com with:

1. Your payment ID (from Razorpay)
2. Registered email address
3. Description of the issue

6. Payment gateway

Payments are processed via Razorpay. We do not store your card details. In case of a payment gateway failure, please refer to Razorpay's own refund procedures for failed or duplicate transactions.

7. Cancellation

There is no recurring subscription in the MVP plan. Purchases are one-time payments. There is nothing to cancel after a completed purchase. If future subscription-based plans are introduced, cancellation terms will be updated accordingly.

8. Governing law

This Refund Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and other applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
